I booked three rooms at this hotel from December 25th to 27th, 2024. Although the check-in time was 2 PM, we didn’t receive our rooms until after 3 PM, despite having made the reservation nearly a month in advance. One of the rooms had a persistent, foul smell of stale urine. After speaking with several people at the reception, we were told they couldn’t address the issue immediately and that they could only offer another room the next day. We waited until 1 PM the following day with no updates from the hotel. Eventually, after spending more time at the reception and making repeated requests, we were given another room, but it smelled even worse. When we reported the issue again, the reception staff hung up on us without any response. We were also informed that the General Manager would be available at 3 PM to address our concerns, but when that time came, we were told the GM was too busy and wouldn’t take calls. We were only able to meet the GM the next day, during check-out, after making multiple requests.
In addition to these issues, the refrigerators in the other rooms didn’t work, and there were various other problems. The food at the hotel restaurant was also inedible, and the reception staff showed little to no responsiveness. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
