They were understanding with me being late and when I arrived I was welcomed they were very clean the room was great I will book there again in the future

These was a very dirty place. Bed was very uncomfortable. We had roaches in our room. Dead roaches right by the door when we arrived. No water pressure in the bathroom. Our stove didn’t not work. We had a drip in the bathroom that you could hear all night please the room was so bright at night cause of the lights outside and no curtains that covered the window. Was just very dirty our bathroom was dirty floor was nasty. Had two large towels when they new we had 4 adults coming. Room smelled very nasty it smelled like some chemical all though the day. The view was nasty we looked out the porch to a dump spot for ok’d furniture and trash. Just was dirty all over the property. Won’t be staying there again not pleased at all.

The Hotel has a policy to put $100 cash down as a deposit for guest. I gave my credit card but the owners family while I was at the atm canceled my room because he thought I left, but I left to get cash. I was irritated with him so his coworker called the police and brought a bat out. Stay clear of this Hotel it’s a dump by a high crime area of New Braunfels. I lost $55 Dollars since it was a none refundable rate.
