I did not get the room I reserved. I reserved a suite with king bed and a sofa bed, and was given just a standard room with one bed. Very unsatisfying stay.

The lady that checked us in was not rude, but not very friendly. The toilet seat was very wobbly. Overall, a good stay.

It was decent but the staff were all in street clothes . Over all unprofessional and pool we could not use due to the amount of young children some of which did not appear to stay there and the pool did not

Due to COVID staff is not required to wear a uniform. We also participate with the schools in hiring students. Our staff is welcomed to use our pools and gym during their breaks when its not being occupied. Those are just a few perks for working with us. I do apologize that you felt this way.
