Hello. I was very disappointed bc I was told the hot tub was closed. I literally only booked this hotel bc of the hot tub. I'm recovering brain surgery, and aquatic therapy helps to ease my pain. I'm aware that the decision was made based on kids coming in for tournaments. However, I pay the price to be able to come and enjoy the amenities while I stay. I think it's unfair and should be spoken of. Also, my sheets had brown stains on them. Other than these q complaints, everything else was ok. Thank you

I booked and paid a month in advance for 2 queen bed and they “updated” my room to a king I needed 2 beds for 4 ppl. They had a major event and gave my room away. I travelled 4 hours to get this. How am I to sleep four in one bed? I had to cancel and go elsewhere.

It was great! They did have to change my reservation because they got a “large group” which put me in a king size room instead of a double. I wasn’t a fan of that but oh well. Other than that, it was great!
