They nearly ruined the super bowl for me.
We booked this stay specifically to have a nice place on the road home to watch the Super Bowl. We are from Kansas City and it was very important to us to be able to watch the game. The pregame show was fine, but when the actual game came on it was completely in Spanish. It took nearly the entire first quarter before they got it straightened out. When talking to the front desk they acted like it was no big deal. I got so aggravated that it ruined the first have for me. We've stayed there in the past with mixed results. Let me assure you that we'll never stay there again.

So So especially for the money.
Bathroom door wouldn't latch or stay shut. Stuff on the floor. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. Zero toilet paper. I reported this to the desk and they seem somewhat indifferent about it.
