Lodge 328 sits on 10 acres bordering Wayne National Forest.

The lodge consists of 5 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds, 6 adult-size beanbag chairs, 1 crib, and a sectional couch. Our three 70"+ TV's, air hockey table, shuffle board table, hot tub, heated pool, fire pit, and wooded trail will be sure to entertain kids and adults of all ages.
Lodge 328 is minutes away from all that Hocking Hill's has to offer.

Pool is open May 1st - September 30th.

We had 8 adults and 7 kids and the house had plenty of space. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the grandkids really loved the media room with the beanbags. The adults loved sitting on the deck at night looking at the stars. The property manager Nick was very responsive to my texts with questions about the property. The only issue was that the rug in the basement queen bedroom had a wet spot. Nick checked it and was unsure what the cause was. We were still able to use the room by putting towels on the floor. We had a great time at Lodge 328!

Awesome property and host!
We stay in Hocking Hills every summer. By far the most centrally located and nicest amenities we have experienced. The host was super nice and stayed in contact with us. We absolutely would book here again!

Quiet and Relaxing
The property is just as described. There is lots to do! Between the pool, hot tub, trail, game room, tv room, and plenty of land to play wiffle ball! Large porch! During our stay, one day it was cold and rained and we just moved games we had brought to the front porch. Although, we did not take advantage of the caves-our main goal was to stay somewhere and just have family time and this place was a great place to do just that!

Spacious Lodge 30 minutes from Athens
Great home for large groups! Host was easy to contact and helped us prepare for our stay. There is no cell phone service but Wi-Fi worked great. Pool was closed during our stay but would be fun in the summer!

Ideal space for our two family getaway
This house was perfect for our two families, (11 total people), to get away and spend time together. The firepit area was great, obviously we didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it looked very nice. The hot tub was not functioning correctly and may need to be replaced soon. The kitchen was not stocked well and we had to go and purchase our own trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Our kids loved the hangout area downstairs. The owner was very responsive, we would definitely stay here again.

A perfect house to relax and chill
The house is crazy good and everything was working perfectly. The house was as it as it was shown in the images. Everything looked new and nothing was wrong. Not to forget even the host was a great person he communicated very well and was always available. The host was a great person I recommend everyone to visit this place.
