Location is great. Gym is terrible. Asked for help with machine no one came. Asked for water on second floor lounge, was told I had to go downstairs lobby. Access to hotel bar was closed after 10 pm

At my present age of 75 next month, and having traveled quite a bit. I have never stayed at a hotel like 11 Howard. It was a great Experience.

Cool vibe, great location

Pros: The atmosphere, location, and staff
11 Howard is in a great location in SoHo, walking distance to Little Italy and Chinatown, and very close to multiple subway lines. It's got a great vibe - exactly the kind of upscale hipster (but not obnoxious) atmosphere you would expect from a hotel in SoHo. The staff was incredibly friendly. We had a double queen room for 2 people, and it was perfect. With more people, it probably would have felt crowded. Everything was clean and well-maintained. If you are planning a trip to NYC, I highly recommend 11 Howard for your stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and it was a very good experience. The staff is professional and very helpful. I'll be staying at this hotel for my next New York trip.

Would recommend for sure

Staff was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious (charcuterie and cheese plate and amazing coffee!). The room was too hot and for me, the thermostat wouldn't adjust anything. Would stay here again.

Nice modern hotel feel in a great location!

I would definitely stay there again! Staff was great. Food options were a bit limited but the food was excellent
