There was a rat in my room and leftover trash from the previous guests. They moved me to a different room where the bathroom flooded from a toilet that is still not fixed. They told me the manager would speak with me today, still no word from the manager.

Excellent value for the money
This is a great place if you are looking to stay in an awesome location without paying a typical awesome location price. It is not the most updated, but for the price, it is well worth it. The staff was friendly, we had everything we needed, and the location is spectacular.

200 DEPOSIT WOULD BE NICE IF NOTIFIED
I arrived to the City Club hotel after booking a room with the hotels.com app. I was supposed to be charged a total of about $98. I used my debit visa and paid $73 initially with the app and was notified another $25 payment would be due at the property. I went to check in and was told there would be an additional $200 deposit needed. Not having the cash on me I was very disappointed as it was just after 5pm and my bank closed. so now three days later I am back trying to get refund
