Great stay. Hotel takes covid precautions. Room was comfortable. Rooftop area was nice, just wish they had bartending services open, other than that great view to see WTC. Options to eat in the area as well that are not too far

The observation deck on the 20th floor was very nice. The tv in the room was great. The refrigerator in the room was nice as well.

This was the worst hotel i have ever been. i was not treat well. I ask to put a medicine that need to be in a refrigerator and ice pack in a freezer and they save it all in the refrigerator. the following day i was not able to take my train on time because i have to solved the ice pack problem. They do not apologize and never offer help to solve the problem i was facing. They do not care at all about the customer. i will not recommend this hotel and will not return in future.
