This is a great location. Close to Hudson Yards, The Vessel, The Edge, Macys on 34th St, Penn Station and the subway. Out of the craziness but close enough for a 15-20 minutes walk to a lot of things. Staff was super nice and helpful. They keep your luggage for you until check in and until your flight. Great area to wait for car service or until your flight on the lower level.

28th floor
Well, it started not a very good note at the check in. However the complain was handled very well and our room changed to the one I reserved. The rooms are small and claim to be sound proof which they are not. We were on the 28th floor (room with a view). It was noisy some machines on the roof top constantly whirring, making it difficult to have a quiet experience in the room. A big shout out to Aditya, front office manager he helped us very quickly and was very kind. Overall I would rate the experience satisfactory.
