Older hotel. Desk attendants were not very friendly or helpful, especially with parking. Room was small, dark and a cold air leak through the window sealing kept the room cold, despite the heat working. The parking process was complicated and we received little assistance from the desk clerk, as it was not the hotel responsibility, we were told, even though there was a parking kiosk in the lobby. The hotel was a convenient location for us.

This is a big city hotel in a quiet (for NYC) neighborhood. Modern conveniences. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Only comment is heavy perfume scent upon entering my room. I stayed for four days. I will use this hotel again.

Unworthy of the Marriot brand… . in need of a renovation/update. The entrance was not clean. Rooms were much cleaner.. unfriendly staff. The coffee maker was inconveniently placed on top of the microwave it was unreachable for a pettite person. Had housekeeping everyday with fresh towels!
