I loved the location and the staff were incredibly pleasant. Rooms are clean, quiet, and very comfortable. On the downside, the hallways were cold and the heater/air conditioner was pretty loud.

So, the room was fine, as was the upper lobby. The bag check area was staffed with great employees. The major issues were the elevators- way overloaded from mid morning to afternoon. During our checkup we waited about 15 minutes before heading do the stairs (33 floors but we were game for that), and only saw one packed elevator stop. You need to look into a Destination Dispatch system upgrade.

The room was extremely tiny, there is only 3 elevators for 44 floors the staff at the desk are rude they dont answer the phone s we turned thebheat on and had a horrible smell like chemicals that virned our eyes and throats tried getting inncontact withbsimeone to no avail and before anyone suggests it was just the heater being turned on no it was not it smelled like chemicals and was almost peppery anyways or ice machine was also not working so i had to go to other floors to get ice i will choose another motel next time
