Very satisfied with my stay. It was clean, quiet and the staff were nice. We had access to the subway and the Empire State Building is soo close. A very good location in the center of most activities. We hope to visit the area again and stay here in the future.

I loved the property itself there was one employee in specific the gentlemen was very helpful at all times the one thing i did not like was that i had a pizza delivered to the hotel and it was downstairs at the desk for over 10 mins i never received a call or anything i had to call to ask if my delivery was made by the time i got the pizza my pizza was frozen!!

Beds uncomfortable, tv has limited viewing options, its not a smart tv to at least have streaming apps its 2024 we should do better with that. Restroom didnt have a vent to turn on it just stays steamy until we open a door
