Dinning room is big. Bedrooms are cramped. It’s NYC I guess. Luggages storage service was okay, but didn’t earn the tips we normally would have awarded.

The lobby and elevators were a tad congested, but the staff were incredibly helpful to navigate it. Everything was wonderful and comfortable. The only thing I could find to criticize, the towels were a tad rough.
