Kixby was a great place to stay. It's very close to subway lines, the staff is kind and helpful, and the room was larger than any other I've stayed in Manhattan. The hotel provided water bottle for each guest and has a hydration station on the second floor. I will definitely be back!

The walls are quite thin and the room orientation has the bed against the hallway wall, so if you're a light sleeper beware. Also no curtains so the sun comes in quite bright in the am. Room was clean, staff was friendly. I love staying in this area but I'll def go back across the street to the Gregory next time.

Great front desk service. Was a bit surprised by the $250 incidental fee, because it stated less with Hotel.com. Rooftop access was seasonal. Lovely room, very spacious. I liked the complimentary water bottles and water machine offered with various waters and sparklers and flavors, nice touch! Room was very clean. The TV did not work so well, it had some connectivity issue, called maintenance. He tried his best to fix it. Was not resolved. Other than that. We enjoyed room. Not the most comfortable mattress,but the pillows and blankets were comfortable. The robes were nice. The room did have a safe, and fridge. The HVAC was a bit loud at night, but it becomes brown noise and you sleep just fine through it. They do offer late check out.Once again, the staff is very friendly and I would definitely stay here again. It's a great location at Herald Square. Parking lots in area, close to Time Square, Bryant Park, Rock, Broadway, Hells Kitchen, and other touristy parts.

We loved being so close to Penn Station as we took the train to and from Virginia. Kixby is an easy walk to Times Square and Midtown as well as the High Line and Hudson Yards on the west side. Providing a water bottle and a variety of waters was a nice touch! The street noise was bothersome during the night (we were on the 9th floor), and our TV did not work properly which are the only reasons our overall rating was a 4 instead of a 5.

Room was super spacious for NY. Very clean. Closet was convenient. Bathroom was very nice. House cleaning was great - we left the room watch day in the afternoon and they still provided service. Highly recommend!
