Perfect location, large room

Hotel is in perfect location! Room is big relatively to NY, renovated, staff extremely nice. Bathroom was a little small especially the sink area and there is no real closet but due to location room size and great staff I’m adding it to my favourites in NY!

It was a very nice and extremely clean room in a great location. It was only a 15 min walk to the Times Square and a 3 min walk to the Empire state building. Staff was really helpful and friendly.They offer tea/coffee vouchers for your stay. The only negative thing is that they don't have a restaurent on site but there were lot of restaurents near the hotel so it wasn't a big problem.

Great price for a large, ok room!

Have stayed many times at this hotel. Some minor irritating problems with the room, blinking lights, loud noises coming from pipes. Slow elevators. In all fairness we never brought up the problems with the front desk. The room was very clean. And they let us check in early. Please keep up with the maintenance.

The property was not a four star property as advertised. The heating was only working through the in wall ac unit which caused the air to dry up really fast when turned on. The water temperature in the shower also wasn’t hot enough. I stayed for one week and got ill and had to cut my trip short. Requests to talk to the property about ending my stay shorter were met with no replies

The room we had at first was no where near as big as it seemed online. So we upgraded to a different room which was a lot bigger and a lot better to enjoy for the week. The staff are really helpful

The hotel is wrapping up a major renovation and is quite charming. We stayed in a standard King room. Plenty of room for two, but definitely no more. The room was updated, well-lit and bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and eager to help with any requests. Overall, a good stay in great location.
