Some lady from the staff was horrible. Poor condition of the room and the bad manners from at least 2 of the staff. I was so happy with the place before I arrived, but not anymore. Ask for my check out document the lady from the staff never email it to me. Horrible service.

Handy location but several issues need addressin
Handy location but several elements need addressing. No bottled water or coffee in the communal area as advertised. No toilet tissue in the room. The desk attendant could not find any in the stores so gave us paper towels. He told us not to flush these as they could block the toilet and put in the bin. It may be the cheapest place to stay near the station but there are limits. We therefore took as much toilet tissue as we could from the restaurant we ate in that night. The manager the following morning was keen to deflect blame on to the attendant but surely the person cleaning the room should have flagged the issue in the first place. Also, the hotel should update the website if water and coffee is no longer available and not say they were pre-Covid facilities. Rather than have more repeat bathroom amenities than you would need, the first floor rooms would benefit from net curtains so the main ones did not need to be shut all the time.
