The property has a great location in Times Square. Unfortunately, the walls of this property are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors giggling and coughing all night. It was terrible. The ear plugs that the hotel offers do not work! The morning we were scheduled to leave we stopped by their restaurant for breakfast. We sat there for 30 minutes and our airport ride was due to arrive soon. We never received the breakfast at the table. It was given to us to take to the airport. Unfortunately, it did no taste very good. We trashed it at the airport. We had a good trip, but things could be improved at this hotel site.

My stay was great m but staff was misleading and told me that I had a daily credit of $30 per stay and i also heard staff tell another family and it turned out too be $10 per night. not happy

The hotel is stylish and feels like home. It’s a small hotel in the middle of everything. You can walk to all the sights. The staff were very helpful and polite. I look forward to returning!

Tiny but functional room right in the heart of Times Square. Functioning blackout curtains would have been a plus with all the light from the billboards, but perfect for a broadway getaway.
