Loved my stay here. My room was not ready so Harry at the front desk, changed my room designation so I could get in and freshen up before my conference. The room was really amazing and the view gorgeous!! Lovely people and lovely property!!!

I am a repeat customer. My wife and I travel to NY often and love to stay at the Park Terrace Hotel because of the excellent service, great location and amazing view of Bryant Park! The hotel staff is like a family away from home and they really step up when any help is needed. We had an issue with our room's vent and Kateryna helped us with relocating to another room in a really stress-free and timely manner. I would also like to give a shout out to Arlette as well as Hari, Skye, Levi, Claudia and Fior for being very helpful as well. The doormen/valets are also very pleasant too. All in all, we enjoy staying at the Park Terrace Hotel and recommend it highly if you are visiting NYC!
