The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I received a lovely birthday card and box of candy from the staff. It was very touching. All the walking on my trip had me exhausted and I had a late flight home. My ride was four hours away. After I got a bite to eat, the staff allowed me to relax in the lounge until my transport arrived. I am grateful and more than impressed with The Jewel and will suggest it to family and friends. TY
