Made a reservation at this hotel intending to drive to the location and park the car and stay overnight. I called the hotel and verified (twice) that there would be parking available across the street at a garage that the hotel had arrangements with. When I arrived, traffic was nightmarish and I circled the area for over two hours unable to park anywhere - the garage they had directed me too was closed and overflowing onto the street. I had to abort my trip and return home without staying as there was no place to park. I want a refund.

Welcoming from the moment, you step in the door. The room was equipped with every traveler, comfort and a great king size bed. Bath was compact, as most are in NY, but had every feature you could want; including a walk-in shower. We will definitely stay there again!!!

We will stay here again! Wonderful hotel walkable to Broadway, Times Square, Radio City is right across the street. Clean and quiet small hotel with nice amenities (free filtered water in every floor, nice lobby with free coffee machine).
