We enjoyed our stay at The Lombardy. The room was amazing. Like an apartment. The bed was a little firm, for our liking, but not uncomfortable. The staff was great, and always eager to serve. And we couldn't have asked for a more convenient location! Would definitely stay there again.

The staff are Stellar in every way. The shower had a cold water knob for which slipped, on could get scalded easily. Maintenance attended to this but weren’t able to permanently fix. Service only for two; plates and silverware. Upon review of the property requirements it was required upon check in for those 18 or older too have current Covid tests results. The hotel mgr said it was the fault of Expedia for not having updated the requirements. I lost money because I complied.

Wonderful midtown location. Quiet with nice staff
This was our third time at the Lombardy. The rooms are spotless clean but we had trouble with the BR sink single faucet operation. Very frustrating and it probably can't be "fixed". Need a new one? Heating could not be controlled so we just had maintenance turn it off completely. Very nice folks at the desk and the doormen...all of them.
