We loved the location and the mid town conveniences. Everything, shopping, restaurants and theatres were all within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to get into our rooms earlier than expected and even upgraded to a nicer room.

Quiet & Comfy!
This could be one of my fav hotels I've visited in NYC just for the fact that it is so QUIET. Very hard to find a quiet hotel in the city especially in this neightbor hood and I am a light sleeper. It's well carpeted with heavy drapes (old school vibe) which I love and absorbs the noise. The staff is also very attentive and kind, bed is comfy, really loved my stay.

Upon arriving, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Never have to wait for the elevator, they always seem to be on the floor you are on. Easy walk to Times Square and 5th Ave. Highly recommend this hotel.
