Lovely Property, Gorgeous Floral Arrangements, very clean. The room service guys and maids speak barely any English so communication is difficult.

While usually/always stay at luxury hotels, the Peninsula was by far the cleanest & most comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Location is unbeatable!

Need to upgrade the beds.

Kind of pricey for a dated room. Staff was professional. Hotel is clean.

We did have a smoker nearby that filled the corridor with smoke. The hotel tried to deal with the problem. The hotel is a non smoking facility. Otherwise all was wonderful.
