Comfortable and clean
Very nice stay. Had a few hiccups with the heating in the room which required a few visits from maintenance, but other than that, smooth saiing. The breakfast is good, nothing fancy, and it's a bit of a madhouse as the area isn't huge, but good selection.

Perfectly fine for a short stay in NYC if you plan to just sleep there. Breakfast was absolutely manic. The shower was only lukewarm and the rooms very noisy. The hotel can organise transport to aiport but the driver was very pushy, asking for his tip before letting me on the bus. He then dropped me at the wrong terminal.

Very average and overcrowded
Asked for a high floor, got a low floor by the elevator. Very loud during all hours. Room was advertised as a view of the city- I got a view of a parking lot. None to limited options for vegetarian. Overcrowded. Door was defective so feared security of room. Also waited 10-15 minutes for elevators each time.

Staff was extremely friendly from the beginning, even addressing the rush to the elevators around breakfast time! The room was very clean, and spacious for NYC. We loved our stay here and would recommend it for a good neighborhood and convenient to transportation or walking.
