For a hotel to charge over $225 a night and offer bedding that were extremely used ., mattresses were quite old. The hotel, Fell more in line with a motel six stay , and should’ve been priced accordingly. Not worth more than $60 a night. Then I was charged $50 for not staying at the hotel because they couldn’t find me a room with a decent mattress. It was explained to me to be a recleaning fee because I sat on the bed !

I am sorry for your inconvience. You can not find 60 room around Newport area and most of our guest are happily paying in summer time still better price than Newport. Housekeeper has to go back in all your checked room to make bed and fixing room again.

Well the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and very conveniently located. Check in and check out where a breeze, and the staff were very friendly!

This was a really good deal for a nice clean room. It was better than I expected it to be - it was quiet and felt very safe. It is close to a cute town and not far from Newport so it worked well for us.

Bathroom was moldy. Lights outside of window made it impossible to sleep. Had to put a beach towel over the shutters to block out some of the light. Staff not very friendly
