it was inconvenient to get ice. we were on the second floor and had to go to the 3rd or 4th with your key. parking is very limited.

Staff generally unfriendly. Bathroom in room was dirty. Hot tub not available for use. Pool was across the street. Only bright spot was the breakfast / lady making sure breakfast was hot & ready on time. She was a blessing.

I truly apologize that your stay was unsatisfactory.

Upon entering the room it looked clean, but there was a lamp that was broken, gummy bears behind a night stand and looked like drug usage was left behind in the room. I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done and asked for a manager and conveniently one was not available.

The TV remote batteries were dead and the front desk staff couldn't replace them. We could hear the wind blowing/whistling through the window. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken and the Kleenex box was empty.
