Worst hotel ever, let’s start outside advertised hot tub-controls broken out of order. Poolside stayed for 7 days not once were there towels available outside asked front desk for assistance told me housekeeping would be called 2 days later still had no towel. Room had bugs crawling out of vanity where counter meets wall.Vanity mirror as well as bathroom mirror had Hugh multiple black stains,carpet stained. If I were parent company I would immediately take my name off this property I don’t feel the need to continue with the repair and maintenance issues you get the picture.

Property need a room update. The carpets are old and dirty. The shower curtain handle was broken and the curtain was almost in the floor.. The toilette seat was broken.. The elevator ceiling was dirty.. The hotel need overall to be painted .. The reception guy was nice to us and his attentions were excellent.

It’s not worth the price!
This place needs a complete make-over. The carpet is extremely worn out, the toilet paper holder was nonexistent but the place where it had been is obviously visible. The TV did not work. The curtain was torn and filthy. Bugs were crawling around.
