We will not return. We were placed next to the housekeeping closet, they congregated out there every morning being very loud. I also believe next to our door was the employees designated smoking location. There was only one restaurant option for both breakfast and lunch. For the amount of money we paid, the resort did NoT live up to our expectations.

Good location!! Place was clean. The jacuzzi was great the only bad thing was that the bar closes to early on the weekend!!

The beach here is gorgeous. Staff are friendly. Good is good. Rooms are cute but have typical wear and tear in bathrooms and on furniture. Great choice for Sarasota! Would stay here again.

Great location with excellent pools/hot tubs and the Tiki bar is a great place to meet people at happy hour, inside bar adjacent to restaurant has fantastic views

Hotel on beachfront

Initial room we were assigned had water in it but the second was much nicer. Hotel still needs some updates and not to charge for parking per day as it should be included in the price. Concierge was fabulous as were the bar staff but the front desk people were not as great.

Beautiful property right on the beach!

Pros: It's proximity to St. Armand's Circle, the beach and the service.
Cons: Room did not get cleaned until 4 - 5 pm most days. We were gone usually by 11 am and would run into the cleaning person in the late afternoon.
Location: Right on the beach! 2 pools and a tiki bar! Very close to St. Armand's Circle, a 2 min car ride. Downtown Sarasota was further away, about 20 min
We arrived in the afternoon and were given the room we had booked. I was underwhelmed by the look and feel of the room...felt like a motel. We went to the front desk and asked if we could upgrade. We were given a 2 bedroom suite that was gorgeous! On the 5th floor with balconies and a nice view! We didn't need the 2nd bedroom since there was only 2 of us and we're married :) The front desk gave us the room for a small upgrade fee. The Tiki bar near the pool is well staffed and there's very little waiting for a drink. You can also order food, not super but certainly adequate for a lunch. The Cobb salad was very good and fresh. The beach is beautiful with lots of lounge chairs so there's no worry you won't get one. The umbrella fee is $15 per day and the gentleman comes to wherever you want it and digs a hole so the umbrella is stable. All in all, I would go back there again if I visit Sarasota.
