Hotel was good with an ideal location. Most of the guest were all inclusive and so not all inclusive guest did not get correct measures of drinks with beer being served in small cardboard cups and charging for a pint. Evening entertainment was poor and not space in the Terrance bar.

Nice hotel but too busy.
Hotel was in generally a good condition but some issues with pool lights hanging off in the pool, tiles coming off etc. Hotel was extremely busy, had a to wait to find tables for breakfast etc. Also some of the staff were often arguing and shouting at other staff. did inform the hotel but no follow up. Amazing views from our sea view room and the children loved the slides which were great, best part of the hotel.

Amazing hotel - beyond expectation
The hotel was amazing. Over our expectations. The kids enjoyed the pools, the splash area with all slides. The food was great. The activities in the pool were amazing. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. There are many activities and shows in the evenings as well. All was very nice. in front of the hotel, there's a supermarket with everything you need. The only problem we had was having ants in our room every evening. That was a little annoying. My kid even found some on her pillow. Except for that, everything was perfect.
