Worst Hotel experience ever!! First of all, they sent us to their parter hotel “The Adagio” across the street. Looks NOTHING like the pictures they have posted. The room was so filthy, the carpet looked molded and like it needed to be replaced years ago. There was no working AC and there were stains everywhere. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay in that room. My allergies went crazy and my eyes began to swell up. The ONLY saving grace at this Hotel was their front desk receptionist “Luke” who I later heard was fired for being kind to us and putting us in a carpet free room after seeing my runny nose and swollen eyes. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place was disgusting and the only kind person there is gone!

Great place, minor issues

We loved the hotel and the location for the price was fantastic, easily accessible with a short walk to the train station. The only complaint would be the mini fridge had a horrible smell to it rendering it practical unusable and the hinge on the door to the fridge was broken. The bathroom was big and spacious and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
