My family and I stayed at the Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention primarily for its convenient location near the airport, which was a major plus. However, my overall experience was disappointing. During our stay, my daughter was bitten by bed bugs, leading to an allergic reaction. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one of this caliber. Cleanliness and hygiene are basic expectations that were clearly not met. Because of this serious issue, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. While the proximity to the airport is convenient, the lack of cleanliness and the health risks far outweigh the benefits.

This is a tres stylish mid-century marvel, but it's a bit of a walk from the CDVal. The only dining option was an overpriced buffet. The pool was small but functional, the gym worked out fine. - both stylish. Iconic hotel. A short hop from the truly horrific round Terminal 1. Leave a lot, a lot of time to check in there, and don't just join any line hoping it's security. The hotel is cute.

Easy Airport Access

The hotel location was easily accessible from the airport. Another plus is that I didn’t need to pay for the transport using the CDG-VAL. I would definitely recommend to others.

We booked this last minute, arrivals was really late. Our flight was canceled and needed something at the airport and comfortable for our family for the night. Check in service was very good and the person was very helpful. Our room was a good size and comfortably hosted four of us. However, the room was very warm and the air-conditioning did not reduce the temperature, making for a very uncomfortable night. The room was also a bit tired, especially the bathroom, and would benefit from an upgrade. Overall, we paid for a basic oversight stay before we flew home and that was exactly what we got. Our expectations were met but not exceeded.
