Gave me a key to a room that Was occupied. Mold on a/c. Front desk clerk not there and didn’t answer when called. Not wearing uniforms. Complaining “this is a mess”

Check in was terrible. I walked in and no one was around. There was a bell that I rang twice but still no one came. After about 10 minutes an employee walked in the front door and asked what I needed. It was 2 PM and I asked to check in. He got mad and rudely informed me check in does not start til 3 but they were short staffed so it would be closer to 3:30. I asked if we could wait by the pool and he said no it was a liability, but then asked for my credit card and proceeded to check me in. It took him 20 minutes to check me in and was rude the entire time. Once we got checked in we went to the pool and he came out to tell us we couldn’t have anything to drink in the pool area. Other guests described unpleasant experiences with this employee also.
