Booked a king suite feature room with jetted tub. Upon arrival i checked in got my room key and walked into a room with trash and food everywhere, no jetted tub and no king bed. Went back to desk and ended up in another room other than originally booked.

Parking lot was dirty. Cigarette butts by the door. Will, the counter man, was very polite and funny. He was great! We had to get new sheets right away! The sheets on the bed smelled like someone had just slept there. Not good! The room smelled musty and moldy like there had been some water damage. The mini shampoo bottle had been used but was left. Breakfast ends at 9. Overall I feel $140 for this room was not worth it. I'm disappointed in my stay. Once again Will was awesome! He was the best part of this hotel! Thanks Will!

Room 325 one of the wall looks as if it has black mold on it and there was an attempt to cover it, the shower did not drain, and there was food left on the floor from the previous guests. The elevator floors were dirty. I have stayed in 5 stars to 3 stars and this place was just dirty.

AC didn’t work in our first room but the staff was excellent to put us in a new room with more space and a working AC so was overall a good experience!

Nice place run by nice people.

Pros: The beds, breakfast and the pool. Very comfortable, great selection and indoor heated!
Cons: The pool opening at 9am is some what of a drag since check out is at 11. Could easily be set to unlock at 7 since there is not an attendant on duty.
Location: Let's see, the Exotic Animal Park just south of town. The Action Figure Museum downtown is great, if you have children or are young at heart?
I stopped in prior to check in to ask for directions to a near by attraction. They were happy to help us and actually printed out the directions for us? Awesome level of customer service! The only thing that would make this place better is if they bought the field behind the hotel and build a huge water and amusement park.

This hotel has a lot to offer. Pool, jaccuzzi, gym room, hot breakfast!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly staff, walmart next door
It was a great stay. The room quality was crisp and clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite, though not as knowledgable about surrounding bars and restaraunts as i had hoped. Overall i was satisfied with my stay and i would recommend others to stay, too, if you have business in pauls valley, wynnewood, or anywhere close. :)

Nice Hotel

We stayed at this hotel and loved it !! The rooms appeared to be brand new and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was the best. We would definitely stay here again.
