Nice hotel, and rate was reasonable.

Pros: Cleaniness, and friendly staff.
Cons: Please add a fitness center, it would have been a better experience.
Location: The grounds were kept up and beautifully landscaped.
It was a nice experience, only wish the hotel would have a fitness center. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions around the resort.

Halito Deshann - Choctaw Casino and Resorts in Durant is our only hotel that has a State of the Arc Fitness Center.

We enjoyed our stay and we had a great rate. Food was good and reasonably priced. Nice, clean rooms.

Nicer than expected

Pros: It was clean and fresh. All of the rooms are no smoking rooms. The location is very convenient to where I do business. This was a very pleasant.
Cons: Not much.
Location: Very close to everything on the south side of Ft. Smith
I stayed here on a business trip because more of the nicer hotels in Ft. Smith were booked or very expensive. I guess I expected a crappy, smoky room. I was surprised to learn that all the hotel rooms are non-smoking! The room was large with a microwave and refrigerator in every room. The room was clean and fresh as were the hallways, etc. My business appointments are on the south side of Ft. Smith anyway, so this was very convenient for me. Driving time to my business appointment was 6 minutes. I will stay here again.
