Office was closed and no paperwork/key left out. Called the answering service multiple times and we were told we would get a call back asap. Waited in the driveway for over an hour with no call back. Ended up getting a place elsewhere.

Nice clean place to stay. Super pet friendly. The staff was nice, polite, and quick to help with anything extra you needed. The only down side is the beds are full size so if your not traveling alone request a room with 2 beds. We have already booked again for another weekend away.

Closeness to the beach. Within short walking distance. Distance from the busy down town atmosphere, but also within walking distance to downtown. Quit area with little to no disturbance. Overall nice area to stay.

The customer service was excellent and they were very accommodating. The kitchen facilities lacked enough pots, utensils and dishes and I had no scrubber to wash dishes, but the pool was excellent and location was right across the street from the beach. The trolley also came every hour to take us downtown for 2 dollars per person and it was worth it. I would definitely stay here again but on a lower floor. The stairs were too much for me but they were not aware of that. The hospitality was the best I've had anywhere!!!!!!!

The Grand Beach Inn has a great location if you want beach access. The rooms are quite large with very basic amenities. This is not the Ritz, but it is perfect for a low key beach vacation in OOB. The hotel has a very nice restaurant/bar on the grounds that is quite popular with guests and locals.
