I found strands of hair on the chair in the drawers of the dresser and desk and on the floor in the bathroom. The room itself smelled like body odor and cigarette smoke. There’s was no hand soap in the bathroom and no spare pillows or blanket. I’m very disappointed because my previous stay at the same hotel chain was very pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and beautiful and there were plenty of spare blankets, pillows and towels and toiletries in the bathroom. This room was a slum compared to my last stay. The staff was scarce and the staff that were around were unfriendly and slow.

Great breakfast and the staff in the dining area area always very helpful and friendly. The room could have been much cleaner. I had to wipe down several areas with disinfectant wipes. And there were no coat hangers in the closet. But the front desk staff provided a couple for me to use. The parking areas were much cleaner and free of overflowing trash receptacles. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub area was closed but when I returned to the hotel a few hours later-it was re-open and I happily enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after a busy day with my friend. I enjoy staying here and it is a great value and perfect location for when I come to visit the Portland area.

We had a last minute change in our plans and stayed another night,found the hotel on Expedia, reserved and arrived at hotel with in the hour . Hotel is clean, enjoyed the pool and the hot tub,staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast is delicious!!! Will definitely book again
