Opinião de uma família classe média com filho pequeno. Hotel muito novo com acomodações acima da expectativa na questão conforto e limpeza. Hotel muito grande com muitas opções de lazer para todas idades. Piscinas limpas e atendimento na grande maioria das vezes ótima (não podemos desprezar o esforço da grande maioria em atender bem, mas o hotel poderia equalizar o atendimento para que todos colaboradores sejam mais “cordiais”). Único ponto de crítica é a estrutura da praia… muito ruim, sem guarda sol, pouca sombra … destoa da qualidade do restante do hotel. O custo para se fazer algumas tendas e guarda sol é ínfimo, e precisa colocar mais colaboradores pois tudo tem muita fila para pegar (bebida, cerveja…). Horário muito restrito, o que que custa deixar a choperia disponível para auto atendimento?

Hotel excelente. Faz se necessário apenas consertar a pressão da água dos apartamentos, vi vários hóspedes reclamando do chuveiro.Pressao hídrica demasiada.E no meu caso em particular, não gostei da cama, porque ela estava afundando de um lado.

Péssimo!Não respeitam o meio ambiente e consumidor
Experiência horrível! O hotel é muito limpo e funcionários educados, mas é só! Comida horrível, todos os dias passei mal, achei bicho na salada, carnes dura, comida sem gosto, o único peixe da praia é piaba frita inteira um nojo. Nem adianta você acordar cedo pra curtir a praia visto que o all inclusive só começa às 11:00, você fica totalmente limitado aos horários. Drinks feitos de pozinho artificial, só o de limão e abacaxi tem a fruta e olhe lá. O hotel enorme e usam copos de plástico para tudo! Um desrespeito com o meio ambiente! A hidro tem água gelada e tem tanto cloro na agua que doem os olhos só de ficar perto. A água que sai do chuveiro e torneiras tbm é puro cloro. Não vale a pena nem de longe pagar o all inclusive, e se não for all inclusive o hotel fica super longe do centro o que dificulta acesso à alimentação. Não se enganem as avaliações positivas são de donos de cotas, ficam pessoas o tempo todo tentando vender cota, não caiam nessa.
