"Travelers beware- mid-range prices for a low quality hotel experience at this hotel. I thought choosing the $135 hotel over the $70 hotel would keep us out of the dingy/scary hotel range.
We chose this hotel for the amenities-
*breakfast included, and only $20 to upgrade to a
* suite with a couch and more space.
* We were given a standard room instead of the suite we booked/paid extra for, but the front desk insisted that they didn’t have suites (suites are listed on their website).
* The WiFi was spotty.
* The breakfast was “canceled” due to covid.
None of the amenities came through, but... the clincher for us was that during a time when hotels should be upping their cleaning game, our room was downright GROSS!
A black hair on one of the pillows gave us the heebie-jeebies (we all have light hair), and several long curly black hairs on the bathroom floor indicated that the floor hadn’t been swept (much less sanitized) between guests.
Hairs and dust on the toilet tank surface.
A crusted booger dried on the wallpaper behind the toilet paper roll.
This place seriously made me cry.
Be careful when booking. After taking a chance on an unknown hotel and staying here, I’m going to stick to hotels I’ve heard of with consistent cleanliness."
