Quiet, convenient and across the street from a very nice restaurant, Laura's Bar & Grill. Booked one King room through Travelocity, room had 2 queens that had terrible mattresses. Went to front desk and was told that booking through 3rd party doesn't ensure we'll get what we booked. That being said, the woman did put us in a different room with 2 queens and those mattresses were terrific! We would definitely go back.

Room was clean and check was quick. Concerned with people that were actually living there. Had couple next room over that were loud and arguing with each other.

They informed me that because I booked on Travelocity the room type was not guaranteed so instead of a 2 queen bed room I had to settle for a single king. I was with my 16 year old son so that was not ideal. The Covid restrictions were softened in the State of RI but not at the hotel. If you weren’t wearing a mask they wouldn’t open the door to the lobby. Complimentary breakfast became grab and go bags that were terrible. They didn’t even have bananas. Lastly they felt the need to inform me that they were putting a security hold on my credit card “in case we break anything”. We were there for a football camp and spent a total of 10 hours in the room. My advice would be to try another Smithfield Hotel.

Difficulty in getting out of property. Need for traffic light during the week. Also with only 2 elevators for hotel 1 was broken. Kinda concerning considering property is only 2 mo ths old

Very clean hotel. Very happy with my stay. Some of the other guests in the hotel were loud but that is no fault of the hotel.
