They did not have the room I booked and payed for available. I wanted two queen beds, and a room with one king was available.

We waited 18 minutes for someone to come to the check in Area. I never even got an eye contact. I gave her my ID she automatically says to me "One king size bed room." Meanwhile I have Myself, my wife, 2 grown kids and my dog. I said to her that there must have been a misshap somewhere along the way. She didnt want to hear it. She basically gave me an ultimatum with it being New Years. I told her I might have made the mistake but I no longer had the phone to show how i made the reservation. I then told her there was no price difference with that and double bed room. I asked her if she had anything avaialable, even if it was a little more. She ignored me and didnt even look in my direction. I had no choice but to take that room. She handed me my keys no even saying thank you or anything. I then turned and asked her " is there a possibility to order and extra Cot or one of those roll in/out beds? She told me " Hyatt Hotel doesn't do that!" She then moved on to the next clients. I think this will be the very last time we Stay at low class place like that with absolute ignorance in the employees. Never again! Sorry I didn't like one thing about Hyatt to comment on it.

We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance. If we have the availability to switch room types we do but I know with it being the holidays and New Years Eve we were sold out. With that being said I do apologize again for the service that you received during check in.

Hotel was clean and updated, beds were okay (kind of too firm for my taste but has plenty of pillows and the bedding was fine). My big complaint is that the walls are super thin. Both nights we stayed, we could hear every little noise from the rooms on either side and the hallway, including the elevator dinging every time someone used it. On our second night I called the desk to complain about a loud party next door around 11pm, which quieted down after the call, and then we slept fine after that. The included breakfast was very limited. A few breads, eggs, sausage, and french toast, and a yogurt and fruit salad, but they were kept mostly filled and my son said they tasted good (no gluten free options for me). The coffee was just so so. I did enjoy the small bar which allowed drinks To-go, and the train flying by all through the night wasn't a problem. One thing that really stood out and sounds minor but isn't, the heat/ac unit was totally silent. I've never had that in a hotel room before so that was refreshing. Plenty of parking and good location. Very close to the airport also but didn't hear a single plane.
