Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please accept my sincere apologies. I can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance. If we have the availability to switch room types we do but I know with it being the holidays and New Years Eve we were sold out. With that being said I do apologize again for the service that you received during check in.
