Rooms are very industrial. Very comfortable, but not much for "home-iness," e.g. only 1 chair, and a desk chair at that. Very comfortable bed. Bar/restaurant and staff were very friendly, and i suspect the riverside patio would be nice in warmer weather.

Room we originally booked had to be changed due to maintenance issues. When we arrived to check at 3pm we were told room would be ready in 30-60 mins, room wasn’t ready for another 2 hours. Front desk not very helpful

I liked the style of the property, but it was not user friendly. The sink was rectangle shaped and you could not lean over it to brush your teeth without bumping your head on the mirror. The full length mirror was placed behind the sliding barn door to the bathroom, so that had to be closed if you wanted to look. There was no fridge. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was NOT friendly and would not let me check in an hour early unless I paid an additional $50. I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved the unique loft atmosphere and look. What I wasn't happy with was the fact that our remote only had one battery and it took about 15 minutes to get someone to bring another and their towel service didn't show up on time and we had only one towel to share in our room.
