The All-Inclusive buffet was amazing. They did a great job having options for everyone. It wasn't all top notch, but how could you and feed that many people?! They did a great job. The "please don't flush toilet paper" was strange to us, understandable though if the infrastructure can't handle it. There was an "adult only" portion of the resort, we were right on the line. There was a bit of loud music coming from the beach/pool area every night - not great for people that are early risers. That was probably the biggest complaint. The A/C also stopped working one night, but they fixed it - minus the sewage/rotten egg smell that was emitted from it. They tried to clean it up as best they could. The staff was great!!

It was a quiet and beautiful resort. The beach was lovely and great dining options. However, we saw 2 cockroaches in our room, we lost power the final morning for more than 2 hours, the pool water was quite cold and the customer service desk was not very helpful. The public relations person was helpful.
