I was disappointed with my stay. There was a huge water bug in the room which caused us to switch to a different room at 4am. The hotel ran out of face clothes/washcloths and swim towels which caused a great inconvenience.

The staff was more than accommodating and friendly. It was the lack of towels, cleaning supplies, and ability of staff to clean rooms daily that made for a disappointing stay. I also feel they need a drug store close and to hotel for all the things you can’t buy at a gas station

Hyatt no longer appears to be associated with luxury and good customer service! I booked a trip to Houston In April for the weekend. When I arrived I noticed a strong cannabis smell in the hallways. Upon entering my room and sitting in the couch, I noticed a funky smell coming from the cushions and a bug came out to greet me, gross! I don't know if it was a bed bug or a dust mite. Either way, I only sat in the desk chair to watch TV from then on. I also noticed my bed had no comforter or blanket, just two white sheets, and the bathroom fan was noisy and did not work so I had to shower in the dark. When I checked out the attendant told me I need not to worry, " you are alright" which I interpreted as no extra charges, funny I thought they did not provide any check-out papers. After coming home, I noticed a charge of approx $100. I called them the next day to fix the issue and they told me I was charged a "pet fee", which was a total lie, since I have no pets that I travel with. They did not offer to fix their mistake. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me the manager has " no regular hours" and they did not want to provide me with the phone number of the manager. I truly regret booking my stay in this place due to the lack of cleanliness and dishonest practices. I would not recommend anyone stays there and if you decide to stay make sure to request check out paperwork and take pics of your room, in case they try to charge your credit card for bogus charges.
