It was neat. Staff was helpful but for this one melancholic lady, was her name Ronda ? Shonda? Idk but she was a complete drag to interact with. However for a luxury hotel this place was very outdated. Small showers/tubs. Old electronics (tv and phones were def outdated) while they took plenty care to upgrade the exterior and public areas, (beautiful pool and lobby) remodeling should seriously be considered. I wont be staying at Omni again, it wasn't even worth the discounted rate.

I arrived and had to wait 2 hours for my room. First 2 people I spoke to did not help me. I had to be somewhere very important so after waiting 2 hours I asked another very polite lady if I could just get my key so I could come back afterwards to a made up room. She told me my room still wasn’t ready and without me asking she put into another room. Frustrating but one good employee made it better.

Everyone that works at the Omni was really friendly and always acknowledged my family and I with a friendly greeting. The front desk was super helpful when an incident occurred at the pool. I couldn't have asked for a more "family friendly" atmosphere and a more helpful and kind staff. Our stay was fantastic!
