There was food left in refrigerator. On the next day there were not cleaning done or fresh towel.

They ran out of towels and did not clean the room after I requested. I was told they clean it every 3 days. I stayed for 5 and it was not cleaned.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The one thing that I did not appreciate was that you have to pay for WiFi. Free WiFi was available in the lobby but who wants to be sitting in the lobby to relax? Maybe if the wifi was not so pricy then maybe I would have purchased it. $13 for basic wifi or $15 for the other option for only 24 hours, sounds crazy to me.

Pleasant stay, but out of the way

For me, it was an extremely pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was a snap. Didn't use the restaurant but the ambiance was inviting. There's also a Starbucks, nice workout facilities, a roomy indoor/outdoor pool, and a hot tub. The only thing that was a disadvantage for me was the location. I found it a little out of the way and there were no convenient outside restaurants or stores around that I saw. I could be mistaken, though. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

very nice stay

Pros: The property outside the hotel was very nice.
Cons: Parking was a problem, there was an event at the hotel so we had to circle repeatedly to gain a space.
Location: Last concert cafe was our destination ( not for everyone ) we love music and look for out of the ordinary venues.
Very Nice ! Excellent value, would certainly stay at this location again.
