Registration staffer was rude, unhelpful and actually told me "to have a seat". I was checking in for 7 guests after hours (3am) and she was uncooperative. It took us 30 mins to check in, because she said we were late, even though we asked for late arrival. We knew we were going to be late. She said, "We should have called." Poor reflection on hotel and Travelocity.

As your comments note, the arrival for your group was at 3:00 am and like most hotels, our system clears the books for a new day, typically between 1:00 and 2:00 am. With this clearing of the books, any rooms that were not checked in are automatically billed as a no-show and the balance of the reservation is cancelled. With multiple rooms to process, our team was working to reinstate those reservations and unfortunately, that does take a little time. We apologize once more for the delays in having you settled as our systems were running the evening audit and we hope that once settled in, the balance of your visit was well enjoyed. They didn't have the room ready at the time of the check-in, we had to wait almost two hours.The hotel was ok, there was a red stain on the carpet that make it look dirty. There were a lot of people smoking pot outside of the hotel. The hispanic lady on the counter at the time of the checkout was very nice.

I didnt stay tbere because travelocity didn't give doubletree my info, they didnt have my reservation of my name on file, so i stayed at the embassy suite. So can i pleaseget a refund on my room that i didn't get for the holidays weekend

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. We came in town to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel itself is an amazing hotel located in a great spot. The hotel is literally walking diatance from Restaurants of all kinds, the galleria and also massage spas Etc. Even though i have great things to say i also have unpleasant things as well. Upon arrival we were excited to get off the road relax and maybe get in the pool. That was not the case because the POOL WAS DISGUSTING. IT WAS FILTHY. There were leaves, branches, trash everywhere. There was even a cigar pack floating. We took pictures because we couldn't believe it. Also, when checking in the receptionist askes if we wanted house keeping during our stay, we said YES, HOWEVER...they only brought in new towels, DID NOT change the sheets. For this to be such a big name SUPPOSED TO BE NICE FANCY HOTEL, they reeked with cleanliness. Disappointed in that.

Given the pandemic, like many hotels, we have paused daily housekeeping service for our stayover guests, though we are pleased to drop fresh linens or other necessities upon request. Our colleagues were trying to determine your desires for this service, and we fear we fell short in properly detailing this for you. DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS WAS RIDICULIOUS. THEY ALLOW PARTIES ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AND THEY WILL TAKE ALL THE PARKING SPOTS. I PAID $87.00 TO PARK FOR 3 DAYS, AND STILL COULDNT GET IN. THE LOBBY WAS FULL OF PEOLE WHO WERE NOT EVEN STAYING THERE. SECURITY GUARDS HAD TO MAN THE ELEVATOR. WORST EXPEIRIENCE EVER AT A HILTON HOTEL. DO NOT DO IT!!!
