I had stayed here before and the service is good and rooms were clean. This time the card entry mechanism malfunction after I had already put most of luggage in the room and my wife and family had to stand in the hall with our food waiting for someone to come repair it. In the room, the walls were damaged and dirty, and the shower wall has strands of hair stuck to it. For the price, it was not worth the stay.

Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The evening reception and breakfast for great. We stayed as a family both pre-cruise and post-cruise and could not have been happier with the staff, accommodations, and location.
