I initially received a room that wasn't ready for a guest. The desk had been moved across the room because maintenance was working on cable connections (which had wires sticking out of the walls) and the bed did not have a comforter on it. I called the front desk and let them know the issue. Someone came right up, checked the room, confirmed what I had called on and immediately (with no waiting) had a new set of keys for a room across the hall which was perfect. I moved my bags and left the old keys on the bed of the old room. I had no other issues for the remainder of my stay. All employees that I encountered (throughout the hotel) were all very nice and helpful. I just wished that they had a bigger pool/pool area. It doesn't allow multiple groups of people to enjoy the space at the same time. That has nothing to do with the staff though. That's a location/spacing issue.

It was old, rusty in areas, the bathroom was not clean, the tub was rusting at the drain and it just felt, overall, shabby.

I checked into my room, placed my food on the counter, got in the shower and thought I was ready to end my day. However, upon exiting the shower, I noticed "roaches" on my food. I quickly dressed and called the front desk. They weren't the least bit concerned, and did not offer to assist in finding a new property. I checked out and got my receipt, and they submitted for a refund from Travelocity. I had to find my own hotel, and pay more money. I will NEVER stay at the property again!!! Customer service is lacking, and concern for guest is horrible.

Not fancy, but clean

Hotel rooms are run down. Carpet is old, furniture is abused. However, location was good for us, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
