You could hear the water pipes draining all night like someone was taking a shower all night.

Our beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice but there were long black hairs on the wall of the shower -- no one in my family has black hair. I was too tired to deal with it last night and no staff was availble this morning to request a cost adjustment for the room. If the property wishes, a partial refund on my given credit card would be welcome.

Breakfast 3/5 and consistent with other properties we stayed at on this trip. If you want a hearty breakfast you’ll need to find a restaurant. Ethnic food truck on property a definite plus - VERY accommodating - even brought food to our room. Security was very good and functional - definitely felt safe.

Our human host was terrific. The room was pretty basic, and that was fine. Wiring may be a bit out-dated? The outlets at lamps worked fine, but at least one wall outlet didn’t appear to work. But overall, just fine!

Breakfast a lot to be desired. Not very fresh, coffee tasted horrible, and fresh fruit wasnt very fresh. Only thing good was the yogurt

Upon checking in I requested a receipt for the invoice that was already billed to my credit card and they said one could not be provided. The building and facility was in need of repair and looked like no maintenance had been done in some time. Room looked acceptable when we entered; however, we soon found out that looks can be very deceiving. We awoke to realize that the room was infested with bed bugs and I had bed bug bites all over my body. Both arms, both legs, back, feet and neck. Disgusting and unbelievable to say the least. What made it worst is that when I advised the staff they did not believe me and proceeded to take me back to the room and strip the bed sheets to prove otherwise. Then as he pulled back the sheets, a bed bug suddenly appeared that I quickly photographed and took a video of as he quickly snatched it up with his fingers and flushed it down the toilet. He then called the manager to advise him that I wanted a refund for the room, which they reluctantly provided. The staff was not very pleasant and certainly did not act surprised about the incident. I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless they want late night visitors and am very surprised that Travelocity or any on-line travel service for that matter would even list them as a lodging option. Absolutely disgusted & terrible experience!
