Staff was amazing! However upon booking with Travelocity, when I arrived to the hotel to check in I was informed I’d have to pay $100 cash deposit to book. I was unaware of this when booking with Travelocity. There was no indication on the website. The room was okay. The door did not shut all the way. The curtains fell when I tried shutting them. There was toilet paper stuck in the peephole of the door. Personally we did not arrive untill 4 in the morning and housekeeping was already knocking on our door at 9am (twice) when our check out was at 11.

The cleanliness and staff were all very great! The smoke detector kept chirping as if the battery was dead, but there was no battery. So they ended up having to take it out of the room until they could get it fixed. At no fault of theirs, a huge storm knocked the power out for several hours and due to the pandemic there was no breakfast or pool access.
